Wait thirty seconds and plug the A/C power adapter back into the unit and wall socket. Unplug both the USB cable and the A/C power adapter from both the unit and wall socket. i saw many ppl having trouble with it, so.
so i decided to try my old CD that originally came with the wheel + rfactor and users manual.

As soon as i hit the 90 Degrees, the wheel is going to try to stop you from pushing fourder in to the direction, by activating the Force Feedback. Try the following and check again: - First, update your software to the latest version. I can use it in games, but just with the limits that the Drivingforce GT would have. Till now, i think you cannot use it right. The Drivingforce GT will still be in the Hardware list and it will not change anything in the Profiler app. Go to 'Settings' tab and select 'Calibrate'. Turn the wheel of the device and press its pedals. Go to 'Test' tab under wheel USB properties. If i use the G27 Drivers, the wheel will restart and gets shown as a HDI Controler. I also tried to install the drivers manualy, by picking the right wheel in the Driver-Settings of the Drivingforce GT. There arent any Driver Updates that windows will find by itselfe. In the Hardwaremanager, the G27 shows up as a Drivingforce GT. I already tried to search for Updates in WIN Update, but it wont give you any. So i cannot use the full Wheel and i cant use the Shifter as well, because the Drivingforce GT does not have a shifter. The problem there is, that this wheel only goes to 90 Degrees to Left and right. The G27 gets shown as a Drivingforce GT in the Profiler. The Wheel and the pedals are getting connected and work with the Profiler. I can download the Logitech Profiler APP and use it just fine.
